I assigned each drive a letter, I saw the big orange dialogue box that popped up when saving anything that said the drives wouldn’t show up in the mapped client app without specifying the drive letters.

My one piece of advice is to don’t let that orange dialogue box disappear, make it static and always there, maybe highlight it yellow so it doesn’t look as distressing but always reminds people they have to do that step to get it working.
