Ability to manage NTFS permissions through the Web Client

One other question… is it possible to have the concept of User or Group of users to act as a Super Users for each share?
We have a “document librarian” (for want of a better description) for one of our use cases and it would be handy if they could manage access permissions for files lower down the file path through the Web Interface rather than generating tickets to our ServiceDesk.
All the users in the Team would have been allocated a license and access to the share though a Domain Group, so It’s not for inviting people in who don’t already have access, more managing the internal permissions of a subset of folders.
