Occasionally a user will report a slow download or upload from a map drive or web client.


The most common causes are


  • The speed and capacity of the MyWorkDrive server connection to the internet
  • The speed of the remote user’s connection
  • The speed and capacity of the connection between the MyWorkDrive server and file shares
  • Antivirus/security configuration
