A common question which comes up is "When a user logs in to MyWorkDrive, their shares are empty" or "their shares are missing".


The most common cause is setting of Delegation for file shares and the MyWorkDrive Server.  Delegation is required whenever an SSO login is used - AzureAD, ADFS, etc.


Delegation is set in Active Directory for the MyWorkDrive Server and any file shares.
