MyWorkDrive server is designed to upgraded by simply downloading the new installer and running it. At the end of the upgrade, you may be asked to reboot.
You should backup critical system files prior to installing, and disable any anti virus. You'll want to have your license key handy and there are several tests to run after install to verify everything is complete
