Load the Logs location.  This is most easily done by right clicking on the MyWorkDrive icon in the task bar next to the clock, and selecting "view logs" from advanced. 
Alternately you can just browse to 
C:\ProgramData\Wanpath\Client\Logs
in file explorer

Exit the client (right click the icon in the task bar and exit).  You have to exit to flush any log events from memory to the file.

Send us the past few days logs (by date) in the log file folder.  You can just zip them up and reply to this email, they should be small enough to email.
