The log level in MyWorkDrive server is set on the settings page of server admin on the server itself.
- Login as an Administrator to MyWorkDrive Server
- Click on Settings
- Scroll down most of the way down the page (or use ctrl+f to search "Log Level")
- Adjust the log level to the appropriate value
- Scroll back up to the top or bottom of the page and click Save.
In most cases the log level should be set to Errors.
When troubleshooting, under the guidance of MyWorkDrive, you may be advised to set the log level to Debug.
Note that Debug generates large log files (as much as 100x in size) and may rapidly fill a hard drive, if you have a lot of user activity or a particularly small hard drive. It will also slow the server down by 5-10%; so it is advisable to disable debug as soon as troubleshooting is complete.
