At current the iOS and Android clients are limited to renaming and uploading images/videos, they do not accommodate cut/copy/paste/move.
You can accomplish this using he mobile web client by signing in on Safari/Chrome browsers and ignoring the prompt to use the App - but it would be nice to add it as a feature to the app.
